Using Trellis Tables
Trellis Tables helps guests discover restaurants, check availability, make or manage reservations, join availability notifications, and purchase participating restaurant experiences or event tickets. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
You must be able to form a binding agreement to create an account or complete a purchase. If you arrange a booking for another guest, you are responsible for having permission to provide their details and for sharing the applicable restaurant policies with them.
Your relationship with restaurants
Restaurants control their availability, offerings, prices, service charges, cancellation rules, guest requirements, and fulfillment. Trellis Tables provides the technology that connects you with them; the restaurant is responsible for the hospitality experience it provides.
A restaurant's terms shown during checkout become part of your booking. If those terms conflict with general information elsewhere on the service, the booking-specific terms govern that reservation or purchase.
Bookings, payments, and refunds
Review the restaurant, date, time, party size, offering, price, fees, and cancellation policy before confirming. A selection is not confirmed until the service displays a confirmation. Temporary inventory holds can expire before checkout is complete.
- You authorize the disclosed charges when you submit a paid booking.
- Cancellations, changes, no-shows, transfers, and refunds follow the policy accepted at checkout.
- Taxes, service charges, gratuities, deposits, and nonrefundable fees are shown when applicable.
- Contact the restaurant first about the service it provided or a restaurant-controlled refund.
Accounts and secure links
Keep your sign-in credentials and reservation-management links confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or a valid secure link until you tell us it may be compromised. Account information must be accurate and kept current.
We may require identity or contact-channel verification before revealing, transferring, changing, or canceling a reservation. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect guests, restaurants, or the service.
Messages and marketing
We and the restaurant may send transactional email or text messages needed to operate a booking, such as confirmations, reminders, changes, receipts, and security notices. Optional marketing consent is separate from the messages required to service a booking.
You can withdraw marketing consent through the method provided in the message or your available account settings. Carrier message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Trellis Tables or help anyone else do so. In particular, you may not:
- make fraudulent, speculative, duplicate, or unauthorized bookings;
- resell a booking or ticket in violation of restaurant policy or applicable law;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service or account protections;
- use automated access except through an interface we expressly authorize; or
- upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
Third-party services and content
The service may link to restaurant websites, maps, payment services, identity providers, or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. A link does not mean Trellis Tables controls or endorses the third party or guarantees the accuracy of its content.
Some restaurant pages are independently compiled from information published by the restaurant on its official website. Those pages are identified at the reservation action, do not show Trellis-controlled availability, and do not imply that the restaurant or an external booking service sponsors, endorses, or participates in Trellis Tables. Contact us to claim, correct, or remove a listing.
Service availability and ownership
Trellis Tables and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, designs, and brand assets. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the guest service; they do not transfer ownership.
We work to keep information and availability current, but the service may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, termination, and disputes
We may update the service and, after appropriate notice, these terms. The version accepted for a completed booking continues to govern that booking where required. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may restrict use for material violations or security risk.
Governing-law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions for the production agreement will be added after counsel review. This draft does not select a jurisdiction or require arbitration.
